Apple Brandy

We start with a grape-based Brandy that is distilled to 120-140 proof and then use apple juice to proof back to 60 proof. We add in brown sugar and vanilla. We reheat the mixture to 150 degress and then let it cool naturally back to room temperature. We then add a cinnamon stick. We like to call this spirit "Winter in a Bottle". 60 proof.
