Jen's Gin

Our aromatic Gin is a blend of 50% juniper, 10% cardamom, 10% lemon grass and a varietal of citrus and other botanicals. Our goal was to produce a lighter gin that is juniper-forward on the front palate and citrus on the back palate. We soak the botanicals for 4 days, dry them and then vapor infuse then in our Gin still. The Gin base is 100% neutral spirits distilled from grapes. Packaged in a beautiful 750ml craft bottle with an art deco label. 80 proof.
